  1. Are these your drawings? They’re very intricate and well executed.

Yes, they ARE mine…and thank you! —D

  2. I’m falling in love with your blogsite – there’s so much to see and read here. You’re very talented, sir! Pen and Ink work is fantastic. Your eye for detail is amazing. My medium is pointillism (stippling); several of your drawings look like they could be a combination of line and pointillism, especially the roses, which are my favorite floral subject. The first drawing above, of the 3 faces, is exquisite. I mean, all of them are, but it’s that one seducing me at the moment. ;) So, I must say I’m finding your blogsite to be of the highest caliber. I’m sooo glad I found it.

Thank you. I have the same urge most bloggers have—here we are going on in our lives, looking for some outlet for our creative lives. I think about what desperation people must feel when they don’t have such an easy outlet for sharing their creativity. Art is all about the doing for me, but I feel lucky to have a place to show my work. —D

  3. the virtual visitor has it easier viewing the drawings than the paintings, in this tiny mosaic format… wishing you well

I’m working on changing the format and the size of the drawings—and maybe adding some work—next week. I haven’t had the time for art I used to, much less the time to scan…but soon. Thanks for visiting. —D

  4. Wow… this is Pen and Ink – and the HEART … Thank you.
Your art frees the smell of the flowers from the prison of the fragrance in the stopped bottle.
The artwork on http://www.captains-bridge.blogspot.com wholeheartedly thank you. I too welcome you to our home.

What an elegant compliment—thank you! —D
